I think this is the same as the second Persian title for "Centre" that is
in my list. Not that I read Persian, but thanks to a nifty Unicode
character identifier
(http://software.hixie.ch/utilities/cgi/unicode-decoder/character-identifier)
I manage to recognize the Arabic letters, which agree with what you wrote
(up to the vowels, but that makes sense).
