I think this is the same as the second Persian title for "Centre" that is
in my list. Not that I read Persian, but thanks to a nifty Unicode
character identifier
I manage to recognize the Arabic letters, which agree with what you wrote
(up to the vowels, but that makes sense).

Thanks anyway for your contributions, they're much appreciated!


PS: Now if you could motivate those Scots to translate Les Indes noires to
Gaelic.... :)
