Printing figures of Hetzel's magazine?

Dear friends!
Please, I wonder if someone have put any attention to
sales figures of Magazine d'education et de recreation
through the years it was published? I wonder if these
numbers could be compared to the falling figures in
sales of Jules Vernes later titles (books)? My theory
is that he still had a loyal public reading his
stories in tha magazine, but not buying his books.
Any ideas?
