Norm,
The name of the rented house in Le Crotoy is "La Solitude" We were told that it belongs to a private individual who has plans to convert into a sort of Bed and Breakfast.

Is anyone in a position to list a description of what was done on the six day program? I would like to know especially:
  1. Name of restaurants, city
  2. Name of fisherman in Le Crotoy and title of his book
2a. was it an uncle or other relative who sailed with JV?
  3. Names of Verne relatives and their relation to JV who attended the Mondial
  4. Name of place Verne rented a room in Le Crotoy, current owners.
  5. Correct name of sponsoring orgs and sponsoring personnel
  6. Names and affiliation(ie NAJVS, JVF, DutchJVS, etc) of 6 day participants if possible (This useful information was never given to participants)
