Dear friends!

I had a horrible night last night! I could sleep
because I had one silly question in my head! We all
know that the novel "L'étonnante aventure de la
mission Barsac" wasn't written by Jules Verne. In
fact, it was two un-finished manuscript of two
different stories made to one by his son Michel Verne.
This is a very common knowledge about this novel. But
the first part of the novel was written or edited by a
journalist who was hired by Michel Verne. If I
remember it correctly, one of his sons died at that
time...?

Is it possible to find the name of this journalist,
and do we know exactly what his input to the
manuscript was?

Thanks for any idea of this question!

Best regards
Peter
