Dear fellow Vernians,
I proudly announce that my overview of translated JV titles now covers 80
languages. I have reached this rather Vernian number by adding a title in
Javanese, and by distinguishing between two flavours of Norwegian: Bokmål
and Nynorsk. These are really two different languages, both in use in
Norway. It was a bit careless to just lump all Norwegian title under the
common header "Norwegian", but it took some time to figure out which title
was in which language...
As for the Javanese title, it's partly written in the old Javanese carakan
alphabet, but this script isn't encoded in Unicode yet. So for the time
being I've just given the title in Latin transcription.
Cheers,
Garmt.
