And I did not at all take your remarks as directed at my edition...I just used them as an opportunity to try to make clear my intentions, which kind of seemed necessary after all the fooferaw this week.



I hope you enjoy the book...it should be available for purchase early this afternoon (EST). I'll let everyone know...
