As I have mentioned elsewhere, I welcome any suggestions for corrections, revisions or additions, since it will be easy for me to periodically upgrade the text (I say periodically since I don't want to upload an entirely new file for every misplaced comma!). I do know that I surely have not found every one of the anomalous hyphens created during the OCR process!
