The joys of POD publishing! I just added a note to the back cover of 20K mentioning that the text was derived from the 1873 "Mercier Lewis" edition. (This was less time-consuming than adding the note to the main body of the book since it takes nearly four hours to upload. I will do that after enough changes accumulate to justify it.)
