Ye gods, you're right, one should never combine those two! (not if one
wants to have any extra spending cash!). But there are some good used book
bargains on Amazon for Verne at very good prices, they won't be 100 year
old, but I'm not necessarily looking for that. I'm not going to pretend to
be a scholar of Verne, but I'd like to be a very informed reader, to more
selectively pick the texts as part of my effort to deepen and otherwise
improve my reading experience of his great works.
