JV connection to Xavier Eyma?

Dear friends!
I wonder if Jules Verne have any connection to the
writer Xavier Eyma? I was recently reading archives of
"The Times", when I got my attention to a comment
about Xavier Eyma writing in a similar style of Jules
Verne. I didn't get any useful information when
googling, but perhaps someone of you know anything
about any connection between Verne and Eyma?
Is there anyone who can make any comments about that?
