Floating Island in Dutch on Lulu

A printed Dutch edition of Floating Island (Het Bestuurbare Eiland ) has appeared on Lulu Books with all 81 original illustrations. It is listed as a "re-adaptation" which I presume means re-formatting of the original, by Jos van Geffen. Is van Geffen a member of the jvg? Any comment on the quality of the illustrations? A download version does not seem to be available.
