Dear Garmt,

very idiot of me to say such a thing about myself: but I am a little bit
proud having said probably the right thing, without blaming somebody... I
think this is the best decission about that sensation Mrs. Appel and you did
until now, and I am trusting to you that this will go on in the same logical
manner.
I am very happy that Mrs. Appel consulted you, allowing all the vernians
participating in this sensational event, avoiding that this records are
geting lost in the pockets of one single rich collector who can pay to get
it, and I thank Rina Appel intensively that she heard about you / Het Jules
Verne Genootschap and searched the contact to you and not to some other
public... At least she have to become a member of honor of Het Jules Verne
Genootschap !!!
A little sensational discovery we made in Germany also, you already heard
about it: We found an until today unknown translation of "Les Deux
Frontignac" into german from 1873 (was on the large "list of never
translated into german") and until automn this year the german Jules -
Verne - Club intends to re - publish the entire text in a special edition
from our Club - Publication the "Nautilus". So the year 101 after his death
Jules Verne is still good for surprises... !!!

Hartelijk

Bernhard
