Very nice. I have one minor quibble, but I don't want you to lose sleep
over it: the photos are not shown directly on the page that see when
clicking the balloon. Instead, there's a "My photo" link which you have to
follow. But there's no way to see if that photo is available, so you often
run into a 404 when following that link...

I think it must be possible to have a thumbnail shown instead of the text
link, if a photo is available, and to say "No photo" when there is none.
