Vol. 5 (or rather vol. 2 of the Hetzel fils series) appeared last month.
Have you subscribed to receive a copy? In that case, you may want to
check. Otherwise, you can order it from the SJV or perhaps directly from
Slatkine.

It's not in the Scholarship section on Zvi's site (because of copyright
issues?), but a Google scholar search might help.
