I obtained the password, logged in, and got to the form. However, whenever I
try to submit the form I get an "Update Failed" message. I have tried putting
in values for all of the fields, thinking they might be required even though I
have no secondary flag or IRC number, but this did not work for me. Perhaps I
am overlooking something which is not quite obvious?
