Dear Bernhard,
The only thing that I know about the "Fondation Jules Verne du
Vénézuéla" is that it published the special edition of "The Mighty
Orinoco" in 1997. It was a bilingual (French-Spanish) and illustrated
publication.
This book was published in the framework of the centenary of the "The
Mighty Orinoco" and the fifth centenary of the discovery of the river
by Columbus.
