After a moment's sleuthing on the Internet I found this page which is
apparently the mint which issues these coins. Here is the page for the Jules
Verne series and the MS coin appears to be out of stock.

The price for the silver coins seems to be 41 Euros. Gold ones are more.
Of course, the description should have "1828" instead of "1928".
