Dear Zvi,

What I meant by "issue" was the yearly collection of articles and book reviews. It seems I couldn't make myself clear and caused you some trouble -- I'm sorry.
I think it's ok to have articles and book reviews individually in PDF format. There's no need to collect them in a single PDF file, since there will be new contributions. But at the end of the year all the materials need to be shuffled into a single magazine which may be sold at a print-on-demand site like lulu.com. Ron Miller seems to be the most experienced Forum member on this subject and he may have a couple of things to say.
I have a hunch that there will be a considerable demand for "Verniana" in print version.

The only problem is technical - how to combine the separate articles, which may have an odd or even number of pages, to volume in such a way that every article starts on the odd numbered page. The pagination of the articles already takes this into account, but I don't want to physically add an empty page to articles with an odd number of pages when they are in individual files - I want to add these empty left-side pages only when the articles PDFs are combined into the volume PDF.
