Memories requested for the NAJVS March 2008 newsletter

To: Members of the North American Jules Verne Society (via Bcc:) and the
Jules Verne Forum:

As this terrible weekend comes to a close, the North American Jules Verne
Society has decided to dedicate our March 2008 to the memory of recent
passing of our honorary member Zvi Har'El and Robert Pourvoyeur. For those
who had the chance to meet with or interact with either of these remarkable
individuals, we ask that you send your comments either to the Jules Verne
Forum or to me (djk~at~epguides.com) or Jean-Michel Margot
(jmmargot~at~mindspring.com). These will be collected and printed in our March
issue, along with photos. For those that have already posted such comments,
we ask your permission to reprint your comments.

In going through Zvi and Zahava's pictures from the 2005 Mondial I found
this photo which I will be using for the front page.

For myself, I will miss the generous nature both individuals extended to me
over the years in person and via correspondence (and with Robert that was in
longhand!).


Zahava and Nadav, my deepest condolences on your loss; Zvi (like Gilead)
will be missed but never forgotten.
