Hi to all vernian forums:

I would like to express my words about this shocking news. I came this
morning and saw the news and I must confess I couldn't believe what I
was reading, couldn't believe my eyes. I contacted Zvi by the last
time some seven days ago and it seems he was, as usually, in good
shape and fully working on Verne. He was working with passion on
Verniana and one of the last things we did was to translate into
Spanish, Verniana's web interface.

I began to read the messages this morning and I was wondering if there
was some kind of wrong information about the topic, but when I saw
Jean-Michel's message about having talk with his wife and son, I sadly
confirmed the news. The Vernian world has lost one of his more
enthusiastic person. I owe to Zvi my deepest
debt of gratitude for his help in promoting Jules Verne in the Spanish
world, for encourage me to spread the knowledge of Jules in the
Spanish-speaking countries and his help and kindness.

I don't meet him in person, but lately I was chatting with him through
ICQ, almost daily, and he was as kind as usually and I always felt him
very close. He was an outstanding person. He was the one who joined us
all together into one forum through Internet and one of the motive
force behind the spread of knowledge about Jules Verne's nowadays.

I won't say more, cause I can't believe this news yet. :-(

My condolencies for his family. Let us help his son to continue our
Vernian travelling.

Thanks for everything, Zvi

Rest in peace

Best,
Ariel
