BlankNow, I would assume that we are all fairly intelligent people and know
about the basics of the physical world? That being the case, perhaps someone
could tell my uncle to calm down a bit as he's been in a blinding rage all
day. If you remember Arne's message (and I can tell you I will never forget
it as long as I live) Scartaris (which we found yesterday) has to cast a
shadow to show us the way to go (more's the pity). Now for Scartaris to cast
a shadow we need the sun and when we woke up this morning all we had was fog
(and quite dense fog at that). As a result no sun, and no sun means no
shadow which makes me hopeful for another week of low cloud and my uncle
more temperental than a mayor! As for Hans, well, he didn't move from the
spot he had selected but I got the impression he must have been asking
himself what were we waiting for, if he asked himself anything at all.

Now of course this leaves me with a slight problem. Until the sun shines
again (and I for one hope it doesn't) there is not a long we can do and
because there's not a lot we can do I don't see the point of going on about
how darned cold it is up here (it's currently 17°F) for the next several
days, so as soon as something interesting happens, I'll let you know
straight away (but my personal feeling is that I hope nothing interesting
happens at all until July 2nd or later)
