Hello,

it is one of the new functions on that side which blocks you for note voting to much on the same person it looks like. Normally after 1 hour or a couple of hours it should be possible to vote again.
But this website and its voting functions are heavily discussed in the past in the german and french forum due to a lot of malfunctions and strange behaviours of its webmaster we called there to boycott the votings. There scores are not correct, and different kinds of functions made the results bullshitting. As it looks like that the webmaster is only loking forward to his financial results he is gaining with every mouseclick by the advertissements most of the french and german former voters refuse now to continue. Jules Verne will understand...
