The book Iwas looking at was Sans dessus dessous. It was the only hetzel that gave me trouble. Theh wording of the message sounded like it was intended too prevent sales sof certain foridden items, such a stolen art or similar. It was about a 30 line notice.

Then later the notice said that the auctioin item had been sold, after the end presumably.

  à noter qu'ebay autorise un vendeur à achever prématurément ou à annuler une vente cours, qu'il y ait des enchères en cours ou non dessus. Je ne sais pas comment un ebayeur qui suit une vente en cours est informé de sa fin prématurée ou de son annulation... C'est peut être cela que notre ami Norm a constaté "de visu"?
