Another JV prophecy?

Almost exactly 110 years ago, in a Verne novel set in Chicago, Le Testament d¢un excentrique, a man seemingly "rose from the dead" after a strange time in America, a time of "the eccentric's will." Today we might see the last 8 years as such an aberration, for surely last night--again in Chicago--we saw another rebirth, this time of the *real* American spirit.
