  Hi Patrick,

Tried on two PCs - one XP , another one Vista. When downloading MOV file - after reaching about 125-126 MB and still showng that download will go for another 54 minutes, suddenly temporary download file is copied do download directory and whole process is terminated without any errors. Any limiter, counter, etc on side of your server? I am IT professional and I am downloading a lot of stuff from net, but never seen somethiong like this.
Maybe file has some end of file tags, etc in the middle?

The zipped file is the ISO that is currently uploading, the .mov is the file you want...

Can you re-start the download when it aborts? What kind of error do you get?

Emil sent me a copy of the PAL DVD, I have created an ISO and I am working on uploading it to my server - it's 3GB and the transfer has gone down twice - hopefully the third time is the charm...

Meanwhile, I have prepared a QuickTime movie (h.264) of the film that is only (!) 941 megabytes... it can be found here:

http://straylight.tv/jv/ as themysteriousisland.mov - right or control-click on the file and select download. Don't attempt to watch it online - such a large 90+ minute movie will take too long. Download it and watch it on your computer.

More when the ISO goes up...

            Emil,

If I may parrot Chris and offer $10.00 or more to cover your costs, I'd like you to consider sending me a copy as well. I'll contact you off list for details.

            Thank you!

Emil - I would also like to see this movie - but I imagine that you are by now regretting the offer as you are being bombarded by requests for copies

Can I send you $ 10 to cover the costs of the Disc and the postage to Canada ?

            Chris
