Since kudos on a job well-done is always timely, I'd like to extend my congratulations to Peter Schulman, Art Evans, and the late American Vernian pioneer Stan Luce for their wonderful work on The Begum's Millions.  Although I had read the critical material when the book came out, I hadn't had the opportunity to re-read the volume in its entirety, notes and new translation, together up till now.  This is really an ideal volume, fresh, lucid, insightful, and assembling the information in a manner that even our European colleagues should find useful.  Bravo to all--and reading it, I suspect Verne, Grousset, and even Hetzel would have been pleased.
