If an afficianado can produce a translation in one of these dialects, there
is noproblem in publishiing it as a POD book. The Dutch are doing this with
the Dutch translations of Verne on Lulu. With POD there is no upfront cost
until the bokis sold. There are also commercial houses that publish POD
aiming to sell quantities 40-100. Of course the Dutch did not have to
produce new translations. This seems to be the bottleneck.
