Well thank you for that title. Thanks to Google (and the library service in Powys) I can tell you there is a copy in Newtown Library that is currently not on loan! The translator was Thomas Llewelyn Jones who died in January 2009 and is being sold by Abebooks.com for £5 ($7.50). However as it was translated in 1986, perhaps an update is called for (hint, hint!)

As Michael already wrote, "Around the World in 80 Days" has appeared
in Cornish (Adro dhe’n Bÿs in Peswar Ugans Dëdh) and Irish (Cuaird an
Domhain i gCeithre Fichid Lá; Cuairt na Cruinne in Ochtó Lá). It has
also been translated to Welsh (Rownd y byd mewn 80 diwrnod). Ian
Thompson has tried to find out if there were any Scottish Gaelic or
Scots translations, but to no avail. I am not aware of any
translations to Ulster Gaelic, Manx or any other regional language in
the UK.
