For a long time, I have ignored my Scribners Nniform Edition on my
JulesVerne.ca website!
No particular reason. I have always liked the look of the set on my shelf,
and was proud to have all volumes with similar dates.
I just never got around to documenting it!
Finally I have done this. I could still use the help of the Verne comunitiy
to complete the information on different publication dates, but I think this
is the most complete information available so far on the web.
With the help of Brian Kutzera, i have gathered quite a bit of information
on variations to do with Spine, Cover, Colour and the words "Uniform
Edition" at the top of the title page!
Please fee free to comment on my page, so that I can improve it.
You can find the Uniform Edition page at:
http://julesverne.ca/vernebooks/Sets/Uniform.html
Hope you enjoy it, and find some NEW information there
(like the fact that the early Dick Sands in the Uniform Edition includes a
map of East Africa !! )
Enjoy,
Andrew Nash
