It has always seems odd that Florida lies in two time zones - basically, if you're south of Georgia (or New York), you're in the Eastern; if you're south of Alabama (or Chicago), you're in the Central. This leads to much humerous banter. Tampa - and the Alafia river site of Stone Hill, would be in the Eastern.
