Probably at the Nantes Bibliothèque Municipale which has photocopies of the scores of Hignard (the CD was made at Nantes), but not the original scores, so far as I know. Original copies are only at the Paris Bibliothèque nationale, some at the Amiens Bibliothèque municipale and in some private collections. That is why I suggested the recent reproduction of the complete notes - in spite of the poor quality of the commentary. VDReceived on Mon 01 Aug 2011 - 23:03:37 IDT

Betreff: Re: Songs of A.Hignard and Jules VerneYes, I mean this CD, though message of Harry Hayfield too is very interesting! But if Masset has sung these songs, means, she had the sheet music! Where she took it?
01 августа 2011, 22:46 от Garmt de Vries-Uiterweerd <garmtdevries@gmail.com>:No, this is something entirely different. The CD that Valeria asked
about contains songs that were originally written by Verne, with music
composed by Hignard and others. The songs had been published in the
19th century, but the 2005 CD was the first published recording of the
songs actually being sung.
Cheers,
Garmt.
