Hi Art,
Does the version on the Genealogy Bank website contain
all three parts? I do not have a membership, so I am not able to view
the document in question. Is anyone aware if the full text is posted
online? Thanks!

quick Google search leads me to this page, which identifies it as by a
certain Esternik (?) and says it appeared in the September 30, 1893
issue of the Dallas Morning News.

recognize it or any detail? There were some faux-Verne that expanded
from short stories or extrapolated from novels in US journals, so it may
belong in this category -- if it is Vernian at all.
